The proposed development will consist of two side extensions and a new mezzanine floor to the existing industrial unit.
This will give Lee Glass the extra space required to facilitate their new glass bending machine.
The project will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract and will commence during October 2013.

The project consists of demolition, refurbishment and alterations to a sheltered housing and adult service site in Nottingham. This is part of a £1.9 Million pound investment by Nottingham City Homes.
The project will be complete during December 2013.
The University of Nottingham Medical School Foyer Refurbishment
The University of Nottingham has appointed X-Cel Construct as the main contractor to refurbish the Foyer and Main Entrance of the University of Nottingham Medical School which is located on the site of the QMC
Hospital. The project includes the full refurbishment of the entrance foyer and associated spaces as well as the provision of a new café and significant expansion of the open study area of the Greenfield Medical library, in addition to this a new architecturally designed Main Entrance will be constructed.
All works will be administered under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract (IC) 2011.
Forbes Close, Long Eaton
The project for Censol Ltd, a leading supplier of absorbent spill kits is almost complete.
The 1750 square foot building will create a two storey office, storage & distribution facility, incorporating car parking, landscaping and two cross over’s.
All aspects of the project are carried out under a JCT Design and Build contract with a 21 week construction period.
Trunk Road Redcar
We are pleased to announce that the construction for Drive Motor Retail Limited, one of the UK’s largest vehicle sales groups is now complete.
The single storey, open plan office building, along with alterations to the existing building has created a new expanded call centre.
We worked closely with the client to ensure that the fully operational call centre remained unaffected throughout the 14 week construction period.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
Derby Road Nottingham
After the successful hand over of the 5,000 sq.ft. retail unit for Sainsburys, X-Cel Construct completed the 6,300 sq.ft. first and second floor development for Ganco Developments Limited, on time and within budget.
Eight luxury two bedroom residential flats spread across two storeys located in Lenton, Nottingham. All aspects of the project were carried out under a JCT Design and Build contract. The construction consisted of piled foundations, insitu concrete frame to the ground floor and timber frame to the residential element.
The flats benefit from renewable energy (solar panels), thus reducing the carbon footprint. Each flat comprises of a large kitchen, two bedrooms, luxury bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a large balcony.
